How to use speech to text
- Select a recognition language.
- Start transcribing and allow microphone access if asked.
- Speak clearly, stop when finished, then edit, copy or download the transcript.
Browser support and privacy
Speech recognition is not available in every browser. This tool uses the browser's built-in Speech Recognition API, which may rely on a remote service depending on the browser. Audio is not uploaded to Indipoint Tools, but consult your browser vendor's privacy information before dictating sensitive content.
